Madej Wróbel was established in 1992. Among the years the company transformed from a small family butcher into a modern enterprise with production volume up to 2500 tons a month! In 2017 Madej Wróbel joined the Dworakowski Group and now together with three other production plants, they cooperate to meet the needs of the current food market. Thanks to many promotional campaigns in nationwide media and a multi-million-dollar promotional budget, Madej Wróbel is in the top six of the most recognizable brands in Poland.
One of the production plant – Unimies – specializes in production of chicken leg meat, MDM and other poultry products. Monthly production of leg meat capacity is over 800 tons. For MDM is over 1200 tons per month. Among the fresh and frozen IQF meat sales, we cooperate with key meat distributors in Europe, Asia and Africa.
This plant is the leader in production of pasteurized hot dogs. Monthly production capacity is over 700 tons. Pasteurization is a unique added value – this is the most modern technology of the hot dogs production. Whole process leads to avoiding pathogens and enzymes growth, without changing the taste and nutritional values of the product which finally gives a completely microbiologically safe product. These hot dogs are cheap, pasteurized, with no casing and with long expiry date (150 days ). Our advantage is, that we can produce it according to your own recipe.
Among the group structure there is another firm Bruno Tassi Przyprawy- the leading producer of spices and meat additives, that cooperates with the largest meat manufacturers in Poland. We have our own laboratory, so that we can guarantee the highest quality and recurrence of the product. Getting materials from all over the World (European countries, China, India, Vietnam) lets us create unique flavor compositions.
